Portfolio

Held in private.

The portfolio is not yet public. Each project will be presented in its own time — its history before its floor plan, its architecture before its numbers.

A note on the portfolio

We do not publish a project the day we acquire it.

We publish it when it has been studied, restored, and understood well enough to be told as a chapter.

Until then, the portfolio remains private — described to those who ask, shown to those who should see it.

To understand how we choose what to acquire and how we intend to hold it, read the investment philosophy and the charter.
